The board comes with ten SATA ports which have been angled by 90 degrees. Therefore you wont encounter any problems when connecting ten SATA drives and installing three graphic cards. Gigabyte did also think of the very practical power- and reset buttons which have been place in the bottom right corner.

Totally you'll find five fan connectors on the P55-UD5: two left and right at the edge above the CPU, two next to the 24-pin ATX power connector and one close to the floppy disk connector.

Looking at the external connectors Gigabyte spent the P55-UD5 two Gigabit Ethernet Ports, ten USB 2.0/1.1 connectors, a PS/2 keyboard/mouse connector, two Firewire connectors as well as two e-SATA/USB combo-ports.
