Conclusion

The Steelseries 5H v2 is a very good headset for First Person Shooters. This is also what it has been developed for in cooperation with professional gamers. In this discipline it shines with a very cristal clear effect quality and you therefore always know where your opponents are. Unfortunately this advantage goes hand in hand with a disadvantage regarding movie and music sound quality. In this case the middle and the lower frequencies need to be adjusted using an equalizer.

Regarding wearing comfort the 5H v2 plays in a very good league. Overall it is very comfortable and also people who wear glasses wont feel the headset hurt. Also very convenient is the fact that the microphone is very light. Even after very long gaming sessions you wont feel it on your head.

The 5H v2 can be bought at Digitec to a price of CHF 111.- (est. EUR 74.-).
