Because of the mouses
relatively low height the center of gravity is also very low. Therefore
movements are very homogeneous and the Ikari can be accelerated very quickly if
neccessary. Overall the mouse is very close to not having anything at all in
your hand when moving the cursor over your screen or aming at something in a
First Person Shooter. Probably down to your own preferences is the area where
your ring finger is being put when you take the Ikari in your hand. If you like
this feature it makes even very long gaming sessions very comfortable.
Generally the Ikari Laser is very well built which can been experienced
when you take the mouse into your hand and squeeze it quite harshly. In this
case there is only very little flex and the materials don't make any noises. The
quality also shows with the five buttons which have a pressure point which is
well defined. Last but not least the Ikari's body is covered with a special
sheet which gives you extra grip.
The big gliding pads make very homogeneous gliding characteristics available to the Ikari Laser. Therefore it doesn't matter if you do quick or slow movements, the Ikari always does what you expect it to do. If you give the it a tap on a well cleaned surface the smoothly glides over the whole pad.
It doesn't matter if you use the Ikari Laser in First Person Shooters, Strategy titles or just on your desk for office purposes combined with a high quality mousepad you'll get highest precision which at no point will disappoint. With the included software you are also able to adjust the sensitivity to 1 CPI which should be suitable for quite every gamer.
