OCZ Z Series

At OCZ the Z-Series stands for very high efficiency. As one of less manufacturers OCZ with the Z-Series has power supplies in its portfolio which come with the gold certificate which means that they reach a 90 percent efficiency. Further all the power supplies within the Z-Series come with a single rail +12V power design as well as a silent 135 mm fan. The 850 as well as the 1000 Watt power supply are also available with a modular cable management.
Within the Z-Series there are four different models. Two of those, the 550 Watt and 650 Watt model, are silver certified and therefore have an 88 percent efficiency. The 850 Watt and the 1000 Watt model are gold certified and in this case they have an efficiency above 90 percent.
