Conclusion

The storyline as well as the concept half human half mutating killer machine is being done in a funny way and as a whole not too bad. The dark environment, zombies and other bizzarre creatures generate a propper end of world feeling. Destiny also waits with some unexpected changes.

the gameplay gives you solid shooter action and by using Glavie and other special abilities there is even some nice alternation. You can also buy new weapons or you can also pick them up from dead enemies. At the black market you even have the possibility to upgrad weapons you already have in your inventory.

Unfortunately the graphics aren't that good but at least you will experience interesting boss fights.
The surround sound support as well as the voluminous sound spice Darksector up a little.

Fans of horror and SciFi games will probably enjoy Darksector also some gamers who haven't had experience with too many shooters will like this game but for hardcore gamers Darksector isn't a challange at all.

Darksector can be bought at WOG.ch to a price of CHF 75.- (ca. EUR 50.-).
