Cooler

Overview

In order to keep a compact high-performance rig cool we have decided to use an all-in-one liquid cooling system. In this case we're going with a 120 millimeter radiator, which is 45 millimeter thick. To be a bit more precise we're using an Antec Kühler 950. If it comes to all-in-one coolers you can basically go with almost any product from Antec, Cooler Master, Corsair, Enermax and so on, since all these manufacturers have mature and highly capable products in this market segment.

We are aware of the fact that the market offers many different cooling solutions. In our opinion an all-in-one watercooling system is easier to mount than a large aircooler making the installation in a small case much more comfortable. The Antec Kühler 950 uses an aluminum radiator which is 45 mm thick, comes with double pump and two 120 mm PWM fans. The base comes with a low profile design, circular shape, a base made of copper and pre-applied thermal compound. The mounting system is compatible with the all latest socket, including Intel LGA 775, 1150, 1155, 1156, LGA 1366, 2011 and AMD AM2 (+) , AM3 (+), FM1, FM2, FM2 + sockets.

The Antec Kühler 950 comes with two fans and both feature white blades. There are also 4-pin PWM headers and a rotation speeds go from 600 to 2400 rpm.
