Conclusion

General + -
With the Vengeance K70 RGB, Corsair have created a high quality gaming keyboard, which has almost no flaws at all. We like the fact, that this keyboard feels very sturdy, which is partially because of the high weight as well as thanks to the aluminum face-plate used. Apart from that there is the new keyfeature, the Cherry RGB switches, which are very comfortable for typing and allow complete customiziation of the backlight. Unfortunately there are two things missing with this keyboard, which are a small USB hub and audio connectors.   - Weight
- Design
- No USB hub - No audio connectors

Manufacturing quality / Ergonomics   + -
The Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB gaming keyboard is really comfortable to use, all the keys are well placed and easy to reach so you will not find yourself pressing a wrong key by accident. Regarding the Cherry RGB switches we can say, they're precise and linear as usual while providing excellent tactile feedback. Comparing these switches to other models from Cherry we would say they are most similar to the CherryMX Red but they do feel softer than the Red switches.   - Build quality
- Comfort

Software   + -
The software is essential but has everything you need, it is free and fast to get, since it's ony 40 MB you have to download from Corsair's website. We do like the fact, that macros can be programmed to each and every key on the K70 RGB and apart from that also the backlight is highly customizable. Thanks to the Panasonic display processor you can even create wave or pulse effects.   - Easy to use - Customizability

Recommendation / Price   + -
A closer look at the price of the Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB reveals that you have to pay 120 Euro in order enjoy this keyboard. For this price you get a gaming Keyboard, which features mechanical switches, individual backlight and a very high build quality.   - Gaming
- Office

Rating
The Vengeance K70 RGB from Corsair receives very good 4.5 out of 5 stars.
