Today we've had a closer look at yet another cooler from Noctua. To be precise, we're talking about the NH-U14S, which is hopefully a powerful tower cooler from the Austrian cooler forge. Regarding this high-end tower cooler we're looking forward to review a worthy successor of their NH-U12P, which when it was launched, was an excellent cooler.


Small yet (very) powerful

It is Friday evening after seven o'clock and usually at this time, especially in July, it would be healthy to be home, standing in front of a grill, obviously with a decent beer in hand and enjoying the smell of a nice steak barbecueing. Well erm, at ocaholic it's a bit different. Obviously, there is a beer standing in front of me but instead of a grill and meat there is a small board, a big cooler and a big VGA. Sure, we're talking about ASUS Z87I-Pro but now there was enough beating about the bush let's show some weird, yet decent pictures and apparently a link to our gallery, that you guys create some page impressions.


With the High Current Pro 850, Antec has a powerful power supply in its portfolio, which got 80Plus Gold certified. Since we finally have a power supply reviewer we're also going to review this PSU and meanwhile we've published a complete set of pictures.


Overclocking and cheap

With the Maximus VI Hero, ASUS for the first time offers an entry level overclocking board. Equipped with the features an overclocker needs, and not much more the manufacturer is able to provide this board with a competitive price point. Also a sample of this board has reached our office and guess what: we took a lot of picture ... again.


With the Z87I-Pro we ran the 18th Z87 motherboard through our testing parcours. The Z87I-Pro is the successor of the famous P8Z77I-Deluxe, which, together with the BitFenix Prodigy case, started a hype around miniITX gaming PC's. At this point you're going to find a lot of information on the performance and also real-time pricing of this little baby.


It's been a bit more than one week since NVIDIA launched their GeForce GTX 760 graphics cards. Meanwhile we have the second card for review here and in this case we're talking about the ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC. This card features a factory overclocking as well as a new version of the DirectCU II cooler. Basically the old version of the cooler was already very good and we're curious how this thing is going to perform, not only regarding noise level apparently.


With the Z87I-Pro, ASUS has the successor of the P8Z77I-Deluxe in it's portfolio. Next to the new color scheme, this highly compact miniITX Board offers no less than six SATA 6Gbps Ports. Furhtermore there is a highly powerful twelve phase power design on this tiny board. ANd obviously there are plenty of other feature, but at this time we'd like to show you a complete set of pictures from our gallery.


Meanwhile EVGA does not only have absolute high-end power supplies in its portfolio, slowly but steadily the company is starting to round off its offerings towards the mid-range sector. One of the PSU's that goes into this direction is the EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G2. After receiving it, we can't let you wait any longer to show you a complete set of pictures.


About one week after the GeFroce GTX 760 graphics have been launched by NVIDIA we're having a closer look at the ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC. This card features quite a powerful version of ASUS' DirectCU II cooler and it also features a very decent factory overclocking. At this point we first show you a complete set of pictures.


With their Carbide Series Air 540, Corsair has a case in its portfolio with quite a distinct shape. A closer look reveals that the guys over at Corsair must have spent some time thinking about the interior design in order to make the Air 540 compact yet spacious. Overall there is plenty of space for a triple and a dual radiator as well as an ATX motherboard and on the backside of the motherboard there is room to hide all your cables and most of the drives.


Semjon "TaPaKaH" Avdejev today had a look at another memory kit. This time our Russian took a Kingston Beast kit to his chest. After checking out the specs there wasn't really a big wave of enthusiasm going through our office, but still after removing the heatspreaders there was a little surprise.


Today Chris took himself the time to take a complete set of pictures from Fractal Design's Integra R2 with 750 Watts. With the Integra series, Fractal Design has a well priced power supply in its portfolio, which additionally got an 80Plus Bronze certificate.


With the Z87X-OC Gigabyte has one of the most interesting new Z87 motherboards in their line-up. Equipped with a boatload of features and a very reasonable price tag, this board could become a bit hit for the manufacturer.


Yesterday we've had quite a close look at Corsair's 8 Gigabyte DDR3-2133C11 Vengeance Pro memory kit. We noticed, that the chips used were very good, the heatspreader was a bit flimsy and the price tag was quite steep. Today we're having another dual-channel kit from Corsair in our test bench and this time we're going to check what their 16 Gigabyte DDR3-2400C10 modules can do.


With the launch of the new Haswell CPU's, Corsair decided to bring their new Vengeance Pro memory series to life. For us this is reason enough to check what these sticks can actually do. In this case we've had a closer look at the Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 2x4GB DDR3-2133 CL11 Kit.


Last summer we published a total of 16 memory reviews. This year, during the same time frame we're going to publish quite a few memory reviews again. If we had to give you a number, it would be somewhere around 30. We decided to start of with a 16 Gigabyte kit from Crucial. Their Ballistix Sport XT sticks are rated at DDR3-1866 CL10 at 1.5 Volt and we're curious what these things can do while being tested by one of the most famous memory tester: TaPaKaH.


Marine, TaPaKaH and Christian Ney to blame

During the Swiss Gaming Night that took place in Zürich, Switzerland, Marine, TaPaKaH and our very own Christian Ney shattered even more memory frequency records at CL5, CL6 and CL7 settings.


With the NH-U14S, Noctua has a new single tower cooler in its portfolio, which feautres no less than six heatpipes, that have a diameter of six millimeter. Additionally there is Noctua's NF-A15 140 millimeter fan which is PWM controled and it can operate anywhere between 300 and 1500 rpm. So far we've taken quite a few pictures and we don't want to make you wait any longer.


Today we've had a closer look at ASUS' brandnew GeFroce GTX 780 DirectCU II, which did not only get quite a massive factory overclocking, ASUS also decided to equip this card with a revised version of the famous DirectCU II cooler. So far we're definitely curious what this beast is able to achieve.


With the Z87M OC Formula, ASRock has a motherboard in its portfolio which is going to compete with ASUS famous Gene series boards. Developed under the lead of well-known overclocker Nick Shih, this board will be perfect for overclocking and since there is a decent audio solution also gamer will like this product. So far we've taken more than 60 high-res pictures for you to get a decent first impression.
