During the yesterday Samsung B2B event, which took place in the Glattfelden Switzerland, Ocaholic.ch was able to break world records in PCMark 7 as well as the PCMark Vantage. Thanks to our SSD tree, which features no less than twelve Samsung SSD 840 Pro solid state drives, and connected to the system via Areca ARC-1882ix-24-4GB Raid controller, the former records were beaten with quite a margin.

On the last day of this week we have a system in this series, which we never showed before. In a CM Storm Stryker White Edition you can find a custom watercooling as well as high quality components.

After a couple of configurations from girls, today we show a rig from an italian reader. A white Corsair 600T with inside a system based on Intel 1155.

After several configurations based on the usual brands, today we add another great case manufacturer to the list: Lian Li. In this case Carolina was is using a V1020, which is made from aluminium entirely.

Our very own Christian Ney has been working with Futuremark in order fix recent issues that Windows 8 had with certain CPUs and benchmarks due to the way that Windows 8 handles RTC (Real-time clock) in overclocked or downclocked systems, and HWBOT will now accept 3DMark and PCMark results when certain requirements are met.

Today, Intel launched their neu high-end desktop processors with codename Ivy Bridge-E. Already before the launch we had a look at their new flagship, Intel Core i7-4960X. For about 900 Euro, you get a CPU, that clocks with up to 4.0 GHz, features 15 Megabyte L3 cache as well as six cores and twelve threads. Sound like quite some punch, right?

With the GeForce GTX 780 OC V2, Gigabyte has a GK110 based graphics card in its portfolio, which is a complete custom design. Therefore the PCB is everything but not reference and the same goes for their new Windforce cooler. So far we've taken quite a few pics, which we obviously don't want to hide from you guys.

After about twenty configurations, which we received from gamers and enthusiasts all over the word, finally a girl has shared some pics with us! She sent us photos of her setup called "colorless in motion." This rig is based on a case Corsair Vengeance C70 case, an Intel LGA1155 CPU and a liquid cooling system from EK.

Quite a few months ago Corsair released their overworked HX series power supplies. This PSU features an 80Plus Gold certificate and with more than 1 kilowatt output power there is plenty of wattage to power even an absolute high-end setup. At this point we've taken a lot of pictures, which you can find in our gallery.

The BitFenix Prodigy is one of the most famous cases in the modding community, so it's no miracle that we get quite a few mods, which are based on this case. The rig of today uses a liquid cooling system and the case has gotten quite a few optical improvements.

So far we have published configurations based on cases from BitFenix, Corsair, Cooler Master, Fractal Design, NZXT and Little Devil. Today we add a new brand to the list, Silverstone! The rig of today has been built around the Temjin 07, which is made from a combination of aluminium and steel. Apart from that it offers a lot of interior space, perfect for watercooling.

Yesterday we published a Corsair 800D, full tower with a very generous size and now it's up to the little Prodigy. This configuration uses a case created for mini-ITX motherboards, but inside it contains something spectacular. The staff of Watermod has managed to create something incredible.

It seems that full tower chassis from Corsair are highly appreciated by our readers! Today we show a Corsair Obsidian 800D, a product well known and often used for massive liquid cooling installations, since it is able to offer space for a lot of hardware.

With the OC Formula, ASRock has a fully fledged eATX motherboard in its portfolio which has overclockers as well as gamers in its target. Next to a sheer never ending feature list, there is a harmoious color scheme and you even get a very special goodie with this board. What we're talking about is called "Conformal Coating" and ASRock promises that this board can cope with splash water. Enough said, since we've taken a complete set of high res pictures, which we don't want to hide from you guys.

First of all we have to explain this mod. On italiamodding, there is a contest named "Recycled modding" and you have to use something ready for trash. Possibly quite a few of our readers are running their own website or they even work as webdevelopers or even in hosting companies and they have to cope with the same issues like us. In this case we'd like to share some experience we had to make ocaholic, while growing. In the past we've been target of DDoS attacks quite a few times. At the beginning these attacks triggered a 404 error, meaning in the end, that the site went down until the new Apache restart. Since we have a firewall in place which, upon other things, can take care of F5 attacks, the situation is a bit better.

With the Leadex Platinum 1000 Watt, Super Flower has not just made a new power supply, they have created a platform, which quite a few OEM's are using for their own products. At a first glance the Leadex looks like a very high quality PSU, which makes us really curious what we're going to discover, when we start digging deeper.

With the H100i, Corsair has an all-in-one watercooler in it portfolio, which ships with 240 millimeter radiator as well as their own link software, which lets you change rpm speed of attached fans.
