Front

Overview

Features

The front is equipped with four 5.25 inch bezels. Further down you will find an air vent which is equipped with dust filters which covers a 120 mm fan running at 1'200 rpm. As the name already tells, the DarkForce is all-black. Interior as well as exterior have been covered completely. The front fan can be installed in different places, to provide cooling where it's needed. Also note that both HDD cages can be removed if you don't need them. This as a result allows better air flow.

All the bezeles are fixed in the front by a "two point clamping" which makes exchanging drives childrens play. Furthermore one can find air filters, which makes dust stay outside of the case. The fact that they're removable makes them very easy to clean. Once you removed them you can wash them for example under floating water. A closer look at the 5.25'' bays reveals that Gelid thought of a tool free installation. Therefore you get a slide bracket, which in one position is loked an in the other it's open.
