DDR3 2667 CL11-13-13-30-2T - Timings



As we can see from the chart at CL11-13-13-20 2T the modules perform best when provided with 1.80 Volt. With this voltage they were capable of running 1385 MHz. To operate within the specs the modules need to be provided with at least 1.60 Volt, which is 0.05 Volt below the voltage Kingston recommends.

DDR 3 2800 CL12-14-14-32-2T - Timings



With CL12-14-14-32 2T and 1.55 VDIMM we were able to reach a maximum clock speed of 1'400 MHz.
