Overview

Features

The left side features a large window which allows you to see your configuration from outside. Also note that the entire chassis is painted is black, which give it quite a cool lok. Furthermore the DarkForce allows neat wiring. For this purpose you find five holes in the motherboard tray that have been covered with rubber. Through these holes you can put the cables to the backside of the case and then to the front side again. To install hard drives in an easy and comfortable way, GELID Solutions created carriages that looks like server racks made of plastic that also come with anti vibration rubbers. The whole system is screw less and to pull a carriage out the only thing you have to do is releasing the two clips on each sides of the carriages.

You'd possibly want to install an SSD which isn't an issue with the Darkforce. All hard drive carriages can take care of a 2.5'' drives that will be attached to it using screws. It also features rubber grommets to minimize vibration noise. Between two of the for rubber coated holes one can find a small PCB with five fan headers and a power connecotr. Like this you can easily connect all your fans and provide them with power. Unfortunately you cannot control fan speeds from this PCB. This is something we hope Gelid will add in a future revision of this case.
