9-11-9-27-1T - Timings

As we can see on the chart at CL9-11-9-27-1T the modules perform best when provided with 1.60 Volt. With this voltage they were capable of running 1'104 MHz. Generally it was absolutely astonishing at which voltage these modules have been able to break through the 1'000 MHz barrier. We only needed to provide them with 1.425 Volt.

7-10-7-27-1T - Timings

With CL7-10-7-27 and 1.525 VDIMM we were able to reach a maximum clock speed of 1'110 MHz. Lowering the latencies resulted in a higher clock frequency which is astonishing once again. Therefore we're under the impression that these chips still have potential. Unfortunately increasing the voltage further didn't result in higher frequencies.
