Ventilation options

Overview

Looking at cooling options, the Thermaltake Core P5 offers space for a huge 480mm radiator (4 x 120mm) or alternatively a 420mm one (3 x 140mm). The radiator can be positioned on the right side of the chassis and it's protected by two magnetic and washable dust filters, which we believe is a good compromise if you keep in mind that dust is an issue with such an open system. Despite the fact that the Core P5 is recommended for custom watercooling loops, it's also compatible with aircooling solutions, in fact you can mount CPU coolers with a maximum height of 180 mm and that is a lot of clearance.
