Acoustics

Headphone

Generally spoken the Moray+ is a solid performer. It works well enough for PC- as well as console gaming. One thing you'll quickly recognize is the quite small frequency range. Heights sound like cut off, the middle tones lack of clarity and the bass doesn't have the pressure you might want. Just not hearable is the deep bass. What sounds annihilating should be seen in the context of a reasonably priced, compact product for on the go. Eventually you shouldn't expect audiphile wonders from such small drivers.

Microphone

In VoIP programs such as Skype, Ventrilo or Teamspeak the voice quality is good. Even in combination with the iPhone it sounds good. You also do not nee to activate the microphone boost. People on the otherside of the line can understand you very clearly without it.
