Taking a complete departure from the type of cases that TweakTown typically brings its readers, I had a server chassis delivered to my door. With my more basic needs around the house, I typically just use my main rig for any "server" type applications I need, but there are those around who have the need and desire to house a full out server system at their own home. Whether trying to initiate and host your own website, or even for those in the business world that custom build servers for work, you may be very interested to see what we are about to show. So grab yourself a beverage and settle in.

The BitFenix Comrade Case is available in white and black, it comes with one 120mm fan & two more can be added. Plenty of drives can be installed and it fits long video cards. Also, it's simple, but elegant design is impressive considering this is a budget case.

One thought springs to mind. Is this case too budget? It's for sale well under a hundred bucks, which might mean that there are too many cut corners, or maybe that instead of some kind of NASA-developed space quiet foam, they're using leftover packing materials. Maybe the steel's only for show, and the case is made out of plastic with a metal veneer (Cooler Master, I know you did this that one time, you cheeky channel partner, case, and cooling company). Well, no matter what, it's moot if it's sturdy, pretty, and above all, quiet.

The PC-Q series from Lian Li have all been small in stature and along the lines improvements and new ideas are incorporated. What we are about to see does get most of its inspiration from the PC-Q11. The idea seems to have been to strip the PC-Q11 of the front I/O and external bays and leave a smooth undisturbed front panel in its place.

For the introduction of its fourth generation RAVEN case, SilverStone has opted to switch back to a more traditional layout with cooling fans moving air from front to rear and hardware located in its usual position within the chassis. Options are once again relegated to a single choice of color, which is fine as long as you like black. The right side panel is available with or without a window. New for the RV04 is a front panel door, the first to grace any RAVEN case yet. Can the fourth generation RAVEN carry on the well-respected name of its predecessors? Join us as we aim to find out.

It's been a while since we had a new Gigabyte Aivia peripheral to play with, not since the Aivia K8100 Keyboard at the start of this year and just over a year since our last Aivia mouse, the M8600. Both of them may have earned our eTeknix awards, but a lot can change in a year, with new technologies, innovations and ever changing demands of the modern gamer / pc user.
