I am a case snob. The cases I like are brushed aluminum, have removable motherboard trays, neatly rolled edges, finished interiors, cable management, and so forth. They have SATA backplanes and mounts for triple-120 radiators. A certain degree of style doesn't hurt, either. Of course cases like this are expensive, but since I have to look at them all day, I figure they're worth it. In this article, Benchmark Reviews inspects the NZXT M59 Mid-Tower computer case, which at a suggested retail price of $59.99 is hardly in the milieu I'm become accustomed to. Will the design flair evident in NZXT's $400 Khaos gaming case be in evidence here? Let's see.

The Guardian 921 is a steel case in a mid tower configuration. If you are looking for a light aluminum case to carry to LAN parties, this is not the one for you. But if your goal is to have a rugged sexy looking gaming PC then the Guardian 921 fits the bill.

The ability to stay connected to the net whilst on the move is becoming more and more popular with netbooks being the latest must-have gadget. With more power and quicker speeds combined with a decrease in product size, the need for efficient and effective cooling is an ever-greater necessity. One way to supply extra cooling potential is through a notebook cooler; the marketplace has been hit with a wave of these coolers released left, right and centre and all claiming to offer effective cooling. In reality though, many coolers just couldn’t hack it in terms of raw performance and just weren’t worth it. That said, added features such as USB hubs and such like have made some coolers a more tempting purchase. One such product that includes a hub to bolster its marketability is the Choiix Mini Air-Through Notebook Cooling Pad. Let’s take a look...

Today we are going to have a look at their latest high performance case, the Freedom Xone. Unlike the Omega and the Infinity Zor cases that we recently reviewed and which Akasa classes as full size tower cases, the Freedom Xone is classed as a midi tower case even though its physical size is marginally smaller than the Omega’s.
