After the success of the original Cooler Master CM 690 II it is no great surprise that they have released a new and improved version. The reason for the success of the 690 II is that Cooler Master were able to fit full tower features into a mid tower chassis while maintaining a reasonable price point. They now claim to have raised the bar even higher, improving the colour of the interior, increasing the capacity, creating a superior cooling system and making the case more user-friendly.

Xilence is a company that focuses on high-end, silent computer components. Their product portfolio ranges from RAM and HDD-coolers up to high-end cases. Up for review today I’ve got another PC case called the Evolution and it’s from a company called Cougar. This case is not exactly what I would call expensive coming in at around $100, but it’s got plenty of features that even enthusiast users can appreciate like room for large video cards, and SATA dock built-in and a removable hard drive cage. The case is all black, inside and out and it features a built-in fan controller for up to six fans to keep your system cool and quiet.

Zalman takes some of the features of the Z9 Plus and adds to it and gives it a little bit of a make over. The new Z11 plus features a futuristic look, 5 included fans with room for up to 7, USB 3.0 support, and support for 2.5-inch hard drives. The case is selling for only $84.99, so is it a steal? The Chaser MK-1 is one of Thermaltake's latest full towers, and includes some great features, such as: an internal USB 3.0 connection, a hard drive dock, color-shift fans, and an integrated fan controller. While any case can be made to include these features, having them built into the case is a great advantage when they are integrated well and the case looks great.
