One of the great things about lesser known companies is that they will go out of their way to always put their best foot forward for a lesser price. As we get into the review, we'll see if Azza Solano 1000 can be considered as one of those cases. Let's dig in deeper to see what this case has to offer.
Cases
AZZA have taken a few steps away from what is considered conventional with the Solano 1000R (model: CSAZ-1000R) and gave it an extreme bright red interior. The AZZA Solano also boasts "maximum thermal management with fans installed everywhere" to keep your high end hardware cool. In sum, a total of two 230mm fans, two 140mm fans and one 120mm fan work in harmony to provide you maximum airflow. This full tower case supports E-ATX, ATX, and Micro ATX motherboards and the thumb screw design allows for easy installation of seven PCI expansion cards. A plethora of drive bays, including up to ten 5.25" and eight 3.5" bays, allow you to grow your system over time. All the bays have a thumb screw design for easy assembly as well. When I opened the box I was a little disappointed at the front of the case. It was about as standard as it gets when it comes to cases. Flat black from top to bottom, with ten drive bay covers covering the entire front.

It's not often that a previously unheard-of company comes along and launches such a wide product line targeted specifically at a certain niche group of computer enthusiasts. But that is just the scenario that we have today with relative new-comer Azza. While some might say that the PC case and power supply market is already saturated with more than enough choices, sometimes a fresh look is exactly what is needed to jump-start a whole new direction in product development.

The Silentium 920B and 920W (B for black and W for white), is minimalistic in design with a sleek appearance on the outside. It has 2 USB ports, a 3.0 & 2.0 as well as microphone & headphone jacks. On the inside it is equipped with sound dampening system to make it whisper quiet. This mid-tower case supports micro ATX and ATX motherboards.
AZZA makes all of its gaming cases out of Tamahagane. Tamahagane is the original steel used by Japanese sword smiths. Tamahagane takes 5 days to make. One day to build the walls (clay and sand), 3 day’s to smelt and 1 day to remove the iron out of the tatara. In this 5 days process, they need about 13 tons of charcoal and 8 tons of satetsu (black sand) to produce 2 tons of iron and steel.
