Well, the Element V chassis from Thermaltake proved to be a mixed bag. While there were many features of the chassis that I liked very much, there were almost as many features that I disliked intensely. Let’s start off with the positive aspects.

In the world of high end cases there are ones aimed at aesthetics centric gamers and there are ones built for feature hungry enthusiasts. However occasionally a company comes along that seems to mix the two up, one such firm is Antec. Today we're taking a look at a model from their Dark Fleet series, the DF-85 which has a tonne of fans, an SSD dock and gamer front panel stylings. Will it please both camps, just one or neither? Let's see.

CORSAIR has established grounds in the enclosure market. At start only with the high end versions in the form of the Obsidian and Graphite cases. Later on targeting another segment of the market, with the more affordable cases, under the Carbide brand name. The Obsidian series are straight competition for big names as Lian-Li, sporting high build quality, offering maximum hardware compatibility and they are multi GPU ready, plus the possible liquid-cooling options are a big bonus. The mixture of steel and brushed aluminum, enhances the rigidity and adds that little extra touch of elegance to the CORSAIR Obsidian enclosures. The brand new 750D model is a full blown tower case and looks at first glance like a trim-down version of the 900D flagship. Nevertheless what is most exciting is, that this case is retailing at the price of a high end Mid-Tower chassis. Time to take a closer look at the CORSAIR 750D Obsidian case!

Lian Li are one of the classier case manufacturers around, when you think of them you think of brushed aluminium, and a sincere lack of plastic and gimmicky features. Today I'm taking a look at a case that fits into the Lian Li mold very nicely indeed, the PC-A70F. It's a giant server style chassis, with gamer LED fans, and a fancy black, brushed aluminium finish.

Today we are going to have a look at the P193. Antec changed the marketing motto of this case to "a class of its own". The P193 is larger than its predecessor and also boasts new features when compared to the older model. In this review we will examine the new P193 and see how much of an improvement over the P190 it is.

Over the last few years I've noticed a big shift in the quality of budget priced computer cases (think cases that sit around the $40 price point). We used to associate these cases with cheap looking and feeling designs, void of many features and built with flimsy side panels around a fairly flimsy chassis. However, a lot of well known computer case manufacturers have been starting to release some impressive entry level cases in this price segment that go against what we've come to expect from a "cheap" case. Over the last year I've had a fair number of these cases pass through my hands and the latest, the SilverStone PS08, is here with me today.

Silence is golden, as the saying goes. If this is so, then should Antec have their new midi tower PC case hallmarked? They say it's a silent operator, and we shall find out if this is true in our in-depth review.

With Cooler Master's reputation of producing high quality cases, the Scout 2 does not fail to impress. It is a nice update to the original Scout, which is 2 years old and starting to show its age. Integrating USB 3.0, a refined style with more curves, a smoked window and a rubberized handle shows that Cooler Master is constantly looking to improve its products.

Picking out the right gaming case can be a very tough choice with the ever expanding market, new ideas and fantastic looking innovative designs coming out of a large lineup of companies. With the larger more expensive internal parts putting out more heat, a gaming case that allows more airflow will be needed. NZXT hopes the Zero 2 will fill the gap and targets not just the gamer but also the standard home user by offering a case with cooling and expansion. Check out our review to see if the new NZXT Zero 2 is suited for your needs.
