A few days ago I took a look at the Xclio Godspeed Advanced PC case, and I found it had a few problems, a nice case but not the easiest to install a system in. Today for review I've got another Xclio case called the Blackhawk. This case is full of chock full of features like full fan controls, LED lighting controls, lots of room inside, and lots of fans to keep thing cool. The Blackhawk has all of the controls mounted on the top front of the case, room for eight hard drives or up to six 5.25” bays. Read on to learn more about a great case from Xclio.
Antec ISK 300-65 is a tiny mini-ITX case, coming with an external 65 W power supply and being the smallest case we�ve seen to date.
Thermaltake advertises the Element as a gaming oriented performance chassis with optimal cooling ability, massive storage capacity and LAN party security. All three models share roughly the same layout, they're all constructed of steel, offer three 5¼" and seven 3½" bays and have the same fan locations available, however each varies slightly in dimensions and weight. The T is the only one of the three that comes with an unpainted interior and lacks the internal power supply / drive support bracket and pre-installed intake fans of the other two. Simply comparing the three visually we see that the T model also has a more basic appearance than the other two. Is the Element T merely a stripped-down, no-frills case or can it actually compete with the other models in the Element series?
Martialisch klingende Namensgebungen gehören im Gehäuse Business mittlerweile zum guten Ton, auch wenn Lian Li bei der Namensgebung für die neue Serie seiner Tochterfirma Lancool sicherlich nicht fernöstlichen B-Movies aus den 80iger Jahren implizieren wollte. Die K58 und K62 Gehäuseserien von Lancool konnte man schon auf der CeBIT 2009 in Augenschein nehmen, insofern waren die Erwartungen hoch, denn die Qualität schien ausgreift und die Ausstattung nebst Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gehören bei Lancool ohnehin zu den Highlights.
Thermaltake has done a pretty good job with the Element G. It has enough small touches like sheathed cables, fan/LED controller and SSD mounting to let you know they really put some thought into the case design. If you have a need for storage, there is plenty of space for your needs as well. The styling can go from subtle with the LEDs turned off to flashy with them turned on, so it really gives you a lot of options to fit your tastes.
The right case can make or break a build. It is the utmost outer expression of your PC's personality. From the eggshell steel 'whitebox' to the acrylic torture rack, PC cases vary greatly in form and function. My first real gaming computer was housed in a Thermaltake Armor Jr. I was never a big fan of the hinges and the door was a bit flimsy, but I loved that system and logged thousands of hours on it playing various games. My most recent case was also by Thermaltake, the Mozart TX, which is a huge step up - easily one of the largest PC cases on the market. Today we are getting to test out one of Thermaltake's latest offerings in the gaming case market, the Element G.

The new Amoris 6010 gaming case from Maxcube is a very nice mid-tower chassis, especially considering that it's a first effort from a relative newcomer. It has a distinctive look and an innovative front door design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. A full-featured top I/O panel, great cooling and very good tool-free hardware mounting solutions make this case a pretty good value at just under $100 US.
GMC are a company known for innovative ideas and unique aesthetics – for instance the Bulldozer and Corona. Once again, the Korean company have created a rather unique looking enclosure, named the X-Station. This PC case, like most of GMC’s product range, seems to have a very bold appearance but does it live up to the standards set by their other cases? Only one way to find out.
Die im Kühlungsbereich sehr erfolgreiche Firma Scythe weitet ihr Portfolio aus und betritt mit dem „FenrisWolf“ ein weiteres mal den Gehäusemarkt. Bereits mit den Netzteilen zeigte Scythe, dass man auch andere Bereiche, außerhalb der Kühlung, sehr gut umsetzen kann. Als Scythe sein Gehäuse „FenrisWolf“ der Öffentlichkeit vorstellte, staunte man nicht schlecht über die Namensgebung. Bediente man sich doch entgegen der bisherigen Firmenphilosophie mit einem Namen aus der nordischen Mythologie. Bisher eher ein Fundus, aus dem sich Xigmatek bediente. Im nachfolgenden Testbericht werden wir einen genauen Blick auf das Aluminiumgehäuse werfen und dabei besonderes auf Features, Temperaturentwicklung sowie die Geräuschkulisse achten.
