I have reviewed quite a few cases in my time and there are always two things that cases do not have, which are extremely common and many people use them on a daily basis, a card reader and USB 3.0 ports. With all of our gadgets that use different types of storage cards I am actually surprised that we do not see more card readers on cases. As far as USB goes USB 2.0 still rules the game and we occasionally see cases with a USB 3.0 port, but it is still not that often. NZXT has a great solution that gives you both a card reader and USB 3.0 ports in a single 5.25-inch bay device! Interested? Let’s take a look!
First Knight heißt also der neueste Midi Tower Filius der Lian Li Tochter Lancool. Man bleibt bei den martialisch klingende Namensgebungen, auch wenn dieses Gehäuse weder Ähnlichkeiten mit einem Schwert noch mit einem Schild besitzt, aber der Phantasie sind ja bekanntlich keine Grenzen gesetzt. Lancool verfolgt schon seit dem erfolgreichen K62 Dragonlord Gehäuse eine unübersehbare Abkehr vom Ursprünglichen, nämlich der ehemaligen Anlehnung an das Mutterunternehmen sprich dezentes Alu-Stahl-Design mit Wiedererkennungswert. Die Kunststoffverkleidungen ernteten bereits beim K62 erste Kritik und werden beim neuen K63 weiter polarisieren, das steht für uns jetzt schon fest.

Installing a system into the Thermaltake Armor Revo Gene was simple and quick. The tool-free bays and drive trays made component installation a snap and the cable-management grommets made routing everything easy. The grommets were plenty large enough and were held solid in the motherboard tray. Not one grommet came out on me through all of the cable pulling they were subjected to. I wish I could say the same for all case manufacturers...
It's not every day that we run across a company like BitFenix! Most all of them have broken ties with other manufacturers in the quest to deliver what they think is what the customer actually wants versus what is the best for their bottom end. BitFenix is going on the assumption that if you build it they will come. With just about everything in the world, if you develop something the masses desire, the money end will take care of itself. I have huge respect for those who go against the grain and strive to produce one thing that is awesome over a bunch of products that are OK, but really not worth mentioning or recommending to people.
