Oggi abbiamo l’incredibile onore di presentarvi, in anteprima mondiale assoluta, la review del Corsair Hydro Series H100i, ultimo nato della casa, che vede una reinterpretazione in “digitale” del già eccellente Hydro Series H100.
Watercooling
Corsair's H100 has to be one of the most famous enthusiast CPU cooling systems on the planet. The Noctua NH-D14 dominates the air heatsink market while Corsair's "liquid cooling for the masses" idea took off in popularity and dominates the liquid cooling market, with the H100 being the flagship of the Corsair Hydro Series line up. The Corsair H100 has been with us for what seems like an age, and consequently Corsair felt it is time for a refresh of this favourite. "How much difference does adding an "i" really make?" is the question we want to find the answer too.
Watercooling
Today we are going to take a look at Corsair’s latest flagship CPU cooler, the H100i. This directly replaces the coveted Corsair H100 cooler which is widely regarded as the best ‘all-in-one’ liquid cooler on the market. We tested the H100 when it was released a little over a year ago and were extremely impressed with what it had to offer.
Watercooling
We tested the Corsair H100i GTX, a high-end sealed liquid cooling system for CPUs, with a 240 mm radiator cooled by two 120 mm fans.

The H100i is Corsair’s latest flagship AiO CPU liquid cooler based on CoolIt’s design. The new Corsair H100i offers an improved mounting convenience through magnetic brackets, new flexible rubber hoses and superior 120mm fans based on Corsair’s latest SP120L fan designs. Corsair also integrates the fan preset options digitally on the H100i through the Corsair Link software via a USB connector instead of the physical on-pump preset button used by the Corsair H100. Compatible with all current AMD desktop systems including AM3+, AM3, FM2, and FM1 mainboards as well as Intel LGA2011, LGA1366, and LGA115X sockets, the Corsair H100i carries a 5-year warranty so it should last users at least a few upgrade cycles.

Corsair has yet to release a liquid CPU cooler we haven't been impressed by, and the H100 doesn't become an exception. Building on what made the H80 such an impressive performer, the H100 doubles the radiator length, enabling support for up to 4 fans. One thing it proves? Bigger can indeed be better.
Watercooling
A few months back Corsair and Antec both released new high performance liquid coolers and in the process gave enthusiasts a tough decision on which to buy. In our review the CoolIT co-designed H80 from Corsair just outperformed the Antec/Asetek based Kühler 920 and so for those looking for the lowest temperatures that would seem the obvious choice.
Watercooling
‘All in one’ watercoolers have taken the enthusiast sector by storm in the last year. Not only have units from Corsair, Antec and Coolit proved to perform very well, but they are easy to fit and leave a lot of free space around the CPU socket. Today we are looking at the latest and greatest from Corsair – the H100.
Watercooling
Today we are taking a look at Corsair's highest end water cooler, the H100. This cooler sets itself apart with its massive 240mm radiator, which should be able to provide some of the lowest temps possible from a closed loop water cooler.
