On our test bench today we have the H70 and we will be putting it through its paces against the H50, CoolIT Vantage and Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme to establish where Corsairs latest product sits in the marketplace. Have they improved on the H50 and more importantly can they give us a strong reason to choose the H70 over products such as the Tuniq Extreme and CoolIT Vantage?
Cooler Master's Seidon 120M impressed us a while back with its solid price to performance ratio, offering similar performance to the competition at a price that was quite a bit lower. The Seidon 240M promises to do a similar thing, although this is very much a "budget" attempt at a premium product - so while the Enermax ELC 240, Corsair H100i and Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme all cost £88, £92 and £105 respectively, the Cooler Master Seidon 240M promises to come to market at around £80 which is about 10-20% cheaper than the competition.

Antec's Kuhler H2O 920 is a very worthy successor to their very capable 620 kit. With its larger radiator and dual high-speed fans, the 920 can exhibit some excellent cooling performance, but the user will pay a significant noise penalty for that performance. In the end, it just makes all such products blend together into a group identified with overly emphasized phrases and words. And so it is with utter disdain for this products name that we present to you a 240mm closed loop liquid cooler brought to us by Thermaltake (Tt), the Water 2.0 Extreme. Read on to see if this “Extreme” truly is “of a character or kind farthest removed from the ordinary or average” or just an average cooling product to be avoided.
Corsair is one of the leading brands in the All In One liquid cooling solutions market. By teaming up with Asetek and Cool IT they are able to use the latest technology and add to these provided cooling solutions their own little trademarks. Lately the AIO market is closing the gap on the Do it Yourself market, this performance wise; the generated noise to deliver the best cooling can still be somewhat over the top, though by introducing the 140mm fan versions a better performance versus noise ratio was achieved. Nevertheless in this market one can never rest on its laurels. Other brands alike Fractal Design and LEPA introduced some interesting products that gave similar specced Hydro products a decent run for their money, though Corsair is back in 2015 with revamped versions of the H80i, H100i and H110. Today we test the flagship model the H110i GT, later this month the samples of the H80i GT and the H100i GTX should become available.

The high performance cooling that "all in one" or "closed loop" liquid CPU coolers bring is becoming ever more popular. Everything above the upper-entry level price point, approximately above £45/€60/$70, is largely dominated by these types of coolers. The market up until January this year was dominated by 120mm radiator or 240mm radiator units. However, Corsair and NZXT, working with Asetek, have now made a significant leap forward in bringing out 140mm and 280mm based radiator units. These 140mm fan based units offer larger radiator surface areas and higher airflow fans which ultimately means better cooling performance.
