Today however we are going to give Thermaltake another chance by being the first to test their latest Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme liquid CPU Cooler which just by taking a quick look at its specifications seems to be the most powerful cost-effective liquid CPU Cooler currently in the market.

Superseding the venerable Apogee XT as their flagship product, the HD offers improvements in all areas: increased performance, reduced flow restriction and a new innovative feature known as multi-port connectivity.
