Watercool is a well known German manufacturer of computer water cooling components and
accessories. In this review we look at their Watercool HTSF2 3x120 LTX Radiator. It
measores 410 x 130 x 50 mm, weights 1550g and can be mounted with three 120 mm fans.
Liquid CPU coolers have become quite prevalent over the last couple years, and you can’t help but notice another one pop up on the market here and there, especially from Corsair. Ivy Bridge and Haswell CPUs are very well known to be large heat producers, so one needs a better solution to cool them down. One thing most enthusiasts hate about hardware upgrades is the need to buy all new cooling gear. Corsair’s Hydro Series Extreme Performance H100i CPU Cooler was great to work with. There isn’t really much to stay about it aesthetically, but the build quality and materials used were great. Installation was made very easy, and we had no pinching hoses due to the low permeability tubing used and leaks were non-existent. The added LED system on the water block itself may be gimmicky for some, but I think it was a very nice added feature. Knowing that I’m able to program it to change colors based on temperature is pretty cool...
Today we are going to take a look at the latest iteration of the Corsair H60 liquid CPU cooler. This is a slightly revised version of the existing H60, tweaked to improve cooling performance. The upgrades include an improved CPU block, uprated hoses and a new fan based on the latest Air Flow SP120 design.
