The Noctua NH-D15 CPU Air Cooler which is based on the NH-D14 Cooler comes with 2 massive aluminum heatsink towers, 6 copper heatpipes per tower, smooth copper baseplate, 140mm fans & new design features. All of this equals outstanding performance and compatibility. It's easily one of the very best air coolers on the market today!

Prolimatech has done a great job with the Megahalems Rev.B CPU cooler, offering the PC enthusiast community top-notch performance in a well-engineered product with excellent fit and finish.
Aircooling
If you're using a high end PC, cooling is always going to be a problem and a priority for you. The obvious solutions to this issue are to attempt to insert more fans and heatsinks into your PC wherever necessary.
Aircooling
PC cooling is an issue. Without proper cooling your components will have a reduced life span and possibly overheat causing permanent damage. That said, companies in the cooling market are always looking for ways to improve their current products or come up with a new perspective on cooling. This time we are looking at the Prolimatech Genesis.

It wasn’t too long ago when Arctic Cooling impressed me with the Freezer 11 LP. Today, I return with the bigger brother: Freezer 13. While there are similarities between the Freezer 11 LP and Freezer 13, the two are targeting very different market segments.

At this point the Fenrir Series of coolers from Titan have made a name for themselves and have had good results so far with this line of CPU coolers. My first look was at the Fenrir, then there was the black and gold Fenrir Evo, both of which did ok in testing and put Titan in contention for a share of the market. As with most successful cooler designs, evolutions of that main idea are bound to develop as time goes by, and we are going to be looking at just that today.

Today we test the most high-end heatsink from Noctua. It comes with two fans pre-equipped and will fill up all but the largest eATX cases. Dubbed the NH-D14 this beast comes with a 120mm AND 140mm fan which are spec'ed for low noise operation. Can it handle the heat of an overclocked Core i7? Time to find out.
Aircooling
This is the smallest cooler in height I have ever tested, even shorter than the 45mm stock Intel cooler, out of the box. In relative size it should, or could rather, be cooled with an 80 or 92mm fan, but that isn't the case in Prolimatech's latest submission.
Aircooling
Sometimes, when space requirements are stretched rather thin during a system installation, every last inch inside a case may count. When that's the case, one thing you don't want to let suffer in the space jam is your cooling setup. Tightly packed cases and components will have less room for airflow and ventilation, which makes having a strong cooling setup even more important than a larger chassis. When this is the case, you may want to look into thin profile fans which may give you a little extra clearance inside your case and still allow you to maintain some active airflow.
Aircooling
CPU cooling is primarily dominated by air coolers, but recently a lot more interest has been placed on overclocking. This requires better CPU cooling and generally speaking overclocking enthusiasts tend to choose watercooling over the top end air coolers. However, with ever-improving heat dissipation technologies being applied to the latest air coolers can they win back some of the overclocking enthusiast market?
