Unsere erste Radeon 6900 hatten gleich nach der Veröffentlichung der ersten Version von Sapphire im Test. Seit dem sind einige Monate vergangen. Die Treiber wurden angepasst und neue vergleichbare Modelle sind am Markt erschienen. Dies haben wir als Anlass genutzt, die aktuellen HD 6970 und 6950 Grafikkarten von Asus zu testen.
