We take a look at the Sparkle GTX 480, and put it through some long term testing, we all know its fast, but how does it hold up? Does this world's fastest stock single GPU warrant your cash?

Today for review I’ve got two cards from Sparkle, they’re both the GT240 but one has 512mb of ram while the other has 1024mb of ram. So this review is a review yes, but it’s also a comparison of what 512mb is worth when compared to 1024mb of ram on a video card. I was curious myself, and ultimately surprised by what I found out.

With home media computers finding their way into many people's living rooms a need for high-powered hardware in smaller form factors is on the rise. Sparkle has answered the call for more power in a smaller size with their low profile sized GTS 250 nVidia GPU graphics card. Maintaining a larger cooling setup for performance and designing the overall card to fit in a low profile scenario makes this card the perfect graphics workhorse for a media computer or slim desktop computer.

Sparkle Computer Corp is perhaps best known for their nVidia-based graphics cards. They have sent over one of their latest creations, a version of the popular GTS 250 graphics chipset. This is the same G92 series core that first appeared in the 8800GT and continued in use through the early 9600GSO, 9800GT, GTX and GTX+ cards, finally to end up as the GTS 250. Over its lifespan the G92 has gone through a die shrink from 65nm to 55nm, which helped to result in less power usage and lower temperatures. Sparkle has taken that concept to a whole new level with a low power, low profile version of the GTS 250 designed for use as a home theater PC component.

Hi Everyone, today we are taking a look at the GTS 450 from the guys at Sparkle Computer Corp. Now for those who don’t know Sparkle has been around since 1982 in Taiwan, making them well known around the globe and for slightly over a year now, they are beginning to leave their mark in the USA. Now what I like about Sparkle is the fact that they can keep their prices low on most their products and they have 2 different lines to choose from.

The GTX 465 performs well for its price and responds well to overclocking which seems consistent with its bigger brothers. The GTX 465 gives Nvidia a lower priced DirectX 11 part to compete with ATi’s HD 5800 series cards which have seemingly had a stranglehold on the market. You also get the latest benefits of Nvidia’s cards including 3D Vision Surround, PhysX and Purevideo HD.

Sparkle has teamed up with nVidia to produce the Sparkle GTX260 Core 216, a graphics card that stands as a direct challenger to AMD's Radeon 4870 graphics card. The "Core 216" part of the Sparkle GTX260 Core 216 videocard's name refers to the GPU having additional shader processors enabled. While the original Geforce 260 GTX had 192 shader processors, the Core 216 variant has an additional 24 enabled, for a grand total of, you guessed it, 216 shader processors.

Today we are looking at a new GTX 560 from Sparkle, which features 2 GB of GDDR5 and is supplied in an overclocked state. At £170 inc vat is this the ideal graphics card upgrade for a new Christmas system build?

Sparkle. Not a name that may immediately spring to mind when discussing a new video card release, however there was a time when they had some market presence in Europe. The company are refocusing their strategy and relaunching their brand name with a series of exciting, upcoming video cards. Today we are looking at their GTX650 OC Dragon Series, which is supplied in a pre-overclocked state. This card looks to be ideal for a high performance, cool running media center and today we put it through the paces.

Ok, so it’s another Sparkle video card for review. Yes it’s a GT240, but this one is the overclocked edition, or plus edition as it’s labeled, but it’s really not. The box says it is but the core and clock speeds are the same as the other GT240 cards. It does feature 1024mb of DDR5 ram, so let’s just jump in here.
