Today we are going to look at the ASRock A75M-ITX motherboard which is aimed at the small-form-factor market. As its name suggests, the motherboard is Mini-ITX which makes it ideal to use within a compact HTPC.

While the initial Fusion product, Brazos was seen with a lot of mITX offerings, we always said that a bit more power would be appreciated. In steps the Llano platform; the problem with that was initially we didn't see any mITX boards that could carry the new crop of APUs from AMD. That's changed today, though, as we look at the A75M-ITX.

Today we have the chance to look at one of the AMD Socket FM1 APU motherboards from ASRock. The ASRock A75 Pro4 supports the latest A series APU's from AMD. In past reviews of ASRock motherboards we have been impressed by their products. Will that trend continue, or will the ASRock A75 Pro4 be their first offering to let us down? Read on to find out how the ASRock A75 Pro4 stacks up against the competition!

Like any major chipset release, there's bound to be a bunch of boards come in and the release of the new Llano platform is no different. The A75 board that sat at the top of the pile today when it came to grabbing the next product to test is the ASRock A75 Extreme6. Before I started writing this, I actually headed over to NewEgg just to see what kind of price point the A75 Extreme6 came in at, and I found myself legitimately surprised to see that it was currently the most expansive A75 board at $139.99. Don't get me wrong, $139.99 is an extremely good price, but it's just a counteraction to the fact that we usually associate ASRock with offering us some of the cheapest boards on the market. Saying that, we've seen more expensive boards come from the company and stand out.
Motherboards
Over the last couple of years, we have seen ASRock move from a small player in the budget sector, to a fully fledged manufacturer of some of the industry’s finest products, proven time and time again in our review analysis. The A75 Extreme 6 is another board marketed for the discerning enthusiast audience.

Motherboards
When you compare the ASRock 990FX Extreme9 to previously tested AMD 990FX boards, you can see that the new ASRock board is one of the most comprehensive boards on the market. Whether you will actually use eight USB 3.0 and eight Serial ATA 600 on an AMD board is another question, but if you're in need of high-end Socket AM3+ board, this 990FX Extreme9 is a great option.
Motherboards
ASRock’s latest addition to their 990FX series of AMD motherboards, the 990FX Extreme9, aims to occupy the company’s AM3+ top spot alongside the Fatal1ty Professional board.
Motherboards
Not many motherboard manufacturers are releasing new motherboards for AMD CPUs lately, since AMD hasn't come out with a new chipset since 2011. Breaking this trend, ASRock released the 990FX Extreme9, a high-end socket AM3+ motherboard. Let's see what this motherboard has to offer.
