Today, we at Benchmark Reviews will be presenting our findings for the Corsair TR3X6G1600C8D memory kit which is a 6144 MB kit of 1600 MHz DDR3 SDRAM DIMMs based upon Corsair's high performance Dominator family of memory. This kit has been verified to operate at 1600MHz at latencies of 8-8-8-24 at 1.65V VDIMM. These statistics put the TR3X6G1600C8D in the mid-range of DDR3 performance statistically, but as we're all aware a number of memory modules on the market can solidly produce much higher performance figures than their ratings might allude. We plan to use a variety of tests both at stock and overclocked performance speeds to give our readers a solid overview of just what this kit has to offer.

GSkill have been around for quite a long time and are as they put it one of the leading companies in producing memory. G.Skill’s mission statement is all about providing for it’s customers needs (namely us, the enthusiast users). So let’s have a look if these needs are met in the G.Skill PI Black DDR2 PC2-6400 CL4 4GB kit.

Die Core i5 Plattform von Intel ist noch relativ neu und viele Speichersteller bringen dementsprechend spezielle Kits auf den Markt. G.Skill präsentiert uns heute ein 4GB Kit der RipJaw Reihe.

There is no shortage of DDR3 memory in the marketplace these days, and it's priced lower than DDR2 in many cases. As always though, the choices to be made when selecting RAM for a system can be confusing. There are a lot of kits currently available that are "optimized" for Intel i5 and i7 systems, and now OCZ has released two new low voltage kits that are designed to complement the AMD Black Edition series of CPUs. Both sets of DIMMs are specified at 1600 MHz; one at CL7 timings, and the other at CL8. They are both rated to run these speeds at 1.65v. In this article Benchmark Reviews will examine how a dual-channel kit of CL8 modules, optimized for an AMD 790FX platform, performs at a variety of speeds and timings.

The Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 2400MHz Memory is a kit of two 2GB DDR3-2400MHz CL9 SDRAM memory modules that are feature the highest clocked Intel XMP settings from any manufacturer. You just pop the pair of Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 2400MHz memory modules in your Intel enthusiast system, enable XMP profiles and reboot. When the system comes back online you'll be running at 2400MHz with some extreme memory bandwidth!

The most commonly quoted solution to speeding up a computer is to add additional ram, fortunately Crucial has come out with a speedy 4GB Ballistix kit weighing in at DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800).

Today I’ll be reviewing one of their latest DDR3 products – the Ballistix 240-Pin DDR3 PC3-12800 with integrated temperature sensors. Yes – you did read that right, these dimms have built in temperature sensors! This is certainly new to me, and as far as I know, not offered by any other manufacturer at a consumer level.

We were pretty darn happy when OCZ Technology let us know they were sending their 4GB PC3-12800 Reaper ULV dual channel kit to us for review. This DDR3 kit is an updated version of their Reaper HPC series, and this time around they have dropped the required voltage requirement from 1.65V to 1.5V, so it can now carry the moniker "Ultra Low Voltage".
