We reviewed a prototype version of the Alienvibes EP02 noise cancelling headphones back in October of 2012. We are happy to report that we will be revisiting the same headphones in their retail form in this review. Let's see if Ineo Technology adjusted their design of these headphones at all based on our previous feedback.
I’ve never been a big fan of headsets. Instead, I’ve always tried to use a speaker system whenever possible. After my fourth kid was born a few months ago, however, my home office was converted into a nursery. In this article, I will outline my experience with the CM Storm Pulse-R and show you where it fits in the gaming headset niche.
The Oblanc UFO headset is a 5.1 surround sound gaming headset and is available in multiple colors. Anyone looking for an immersive experience will appreciate that the Oblanc UFO provides a private 5.1 sound system while gaming or watching movies through a PC. The UFO connects to the PC using a USB port and has its own sound card built in, so there is no need for the computer to have a sound card. The speaker system itself consists of eight (four in each ear cup) 30mm Neodymium drivers with independent volume controls for each channel. The headset has an adjustable boom microphone with a switch for muting on the controls.
