The Alienvibes W402 is designed not only as a simple speaker set, with USB/SD card and aux inputs and full pre-amp with wireless remote, the W402 can be a one stop multimedia sound center for multiple devices. At the heart of the W402 is a single reflex bandpass enclosure housing a 5.25” subwoofer, with fully functional controls and a piano black finish. Also residing in the enclosure is a three channel amp capable of 15w RMS x 2 to the satellites and 40w RMS to the sub. The satellites of the Alienvibes W402 are wooden construction with two 3” woofers and one 1” tweeter in each. The inclusion of the two 3” drivers allows for better reproduction of the midbass frequencies it handles.
Up for review today I have the Samsung YA-BS300 which is a mini Bluetooth speaker that can be used with most any audio device including those that aren’t Bluetooth enabled thanks to a line-in port. The BS300 has controls on it so you can control your media right from the speaker over Bluetooth, and it also has phone controls as the BS300 can act like a speakerphone as well as a regular speaker. The BS300 has four sound enhancement modes to help improve your listening experience. Today we have some gaming royalty in the eTeknix office, the Astro a50 wireless gaming headset. Ever since we reviewed the Astro A40 headset a while back I've been dying to get my hands on the high end wireless edition. The Astro A40 simply blew me away with its incredible sound reproduction, build quality and comfort, so naturally I wanted to see what Astro could do with an even more ambitious and expensive headset!
The A50 is remarkably well equipped, featuring plenty of high end features that set it apart from the competition, as you can see from the spec sheet below there's everything from a long life Li-Ion battery, 5.8 Ghz wireless tech, powerful drivers and more. Of course this kind of capability comes at a price and I'm sorry to say that the price is a staggering £250. This puts it out of the reach of your average gamer and into enthusiast territory, so while that may be a lot of money for a peripheral, the real question is "is it worth it?"

The headset its self packs some nice specifications, the model we are looking at today is the Diamond Black edition, although it is also available in white. Connectivity is provided by 3.5mm and USB, which can go to both mobile or PC. 40mm drivers, 3.0 meter cable, in-line controller and noise cancelling technology to name but a few. So enough of the specifications, lets take a closer look at what the Level 10M has to offer.
