The Tiamat 2.2 gaming headset from Razer contains an extra 40mm driver in each cup for delivering powerful bass and comes with analog jack plugs so it can be used on a large range of devices. While the sound may be a little bit muddy at the default, this issue can be solved quite quickly by either installing Razer Surround which also helps us create a virtual 7.1 environment or we can simply access the bass/treble settings from our sound card control panel.
Today we're taking quick look at the Kingston HyperX Gaming Headset, which of course many of you may immediately recognise as the Steelseries Siberia v2, 3.5mm edition. You would of course be absolutely correct, this is the Steelseries headset, but what we have here is a new special edition, effectively a brand new design that is targeted at both players and fans of eSports.

However, we simply couldn't pass up getting a closer look at this edition and given that it combines some of the biggest names in the industry such as Kingston HyperX who now have a bigger involvement in eSports through various sponsorship deals, but are also celebrating 10 years in the industry. We also have pro gaming teams on the box such as NaVi and SK Gaming. So without further delay, let's get straight to it and see how things look on the HyperX headset.

Having made a name for themselves in pro gaming, Turtle Beach has released a line of Major League Gaming licensed headsets and today we are looking at the Turtle Beach Ear Force PX22 headset. With an included in-line amplifier, multi-platform compatibility and 50 mm drivers, this stereo headset retails for a relatively modest asking price of £64.97 inc vat.
So, can the Ear Force PX22 hit the sweet spot for gamers who want to keep their costs down?

Today we have some gaming royalty in the eTeknix office, the Astro a50 wireless gaming headset. Ever since we reviewed the Astro A40 headset a while back I've been dying to get my hands on the high end wireless edition. Well 4 years later and after the launch of the quite successful STONE2 roughly 2 years ago Jabra is releasing the STONE3.
