Yet another huge and affordable LCD monitor review! We know you love big monitors because we all do. That's why Benchmark Reviews has today the ASUS VW266H 16:10 Widescreen LCD Monitor. Not long ago any LCD screen was cost prohibitive for us working class computer folks, and a stretch for even the well heeled. Well, enter the 21st century because that was then and this is now. Folks, this is a 25.5" 16:10 aspect ratio 1900x1200 native resolution LCD monitor for under 280 USD (I bought mine with a 30.00 USD rebate too). No, that's not a typo. It's 25.5", really. Still not interested? You should be because this panel is a nice piece of hardware for business, gaming, and all around computer use with the added luxury of having 25.5" of desktop space.

A TV is an investment that lasts you a long time. While the warranty is generally only 1 year you will easy get many years of good use. The Samsung 55C6500 is one of those investments. The 55C6500 is a big TV that’ll make all your friends jealous. It however is not big enough that it becomes difficult to carry or assemble. I was still able to manage the job myself.

Today I’ll be taking a look at one of BenQ’s mid-range monitors for the home and office, the BenQ GW2750HM. While the monitor is LED powered and hence very thin, its big selling points is its VA (vertical alignment) panel, an alternative to both IPS and TN that sits somewhere in the middle of the two technologies. Let’s see how this 27″ 1080p monitor compares to others in its price range, as well as top of the line models elsewhere.

Packaged with a NVIDIA 3D Vision-2 glasses kit, the ASUS VG278H LCD Monitor gives you that big screen experience with vivid color, 120Hz high-definition 1080p picture quality, and added 3D special effects. In this article, Benchmark Reviews tests the ASUS VG278H 27" LED-backlight widescreen120Hz monitor with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology and show off its built-in stereoscopic 3D Vision-2 functionality.

Acer offers a larger monitor that's compatible with active 3D (but you have to buy that Nvidia 3D Vision 2 kit separately). The Dell is smaller, slightly more expensive, lacks 3D support, but has much better colour fidelity. Other differences are that Acer has a DVI port, Dell has DisplayPort, Acer has a more living room-friendly design (especially if you're fond of the 70s and 80s), and the Dell screen is height-adjustable.

The UN55ES8000 is definitely a stunning TV when you see it in any living room. The new stand matches the almost invisible bezel making the TV a work of art even when not powered up. With a price point of under $2500, it is actually priced almost five hundred less than the Panasonic and a full grand less than Sony’s on Futureshop. This may seem shocking for a TV of such caliber and high caliber it is

Last year I bought some second hand IBM L192P 19” TFT screens to be used in the bench garage. The included desk mounts didn’t fit so I was looking for some wall mounts
