Championship Manager 2010 from developer Beautiful Game Studios is a title which is set to revitalise the floundering franchise because thanks to a huge array of new features and other tweaks it ends up being a very entertaining alternative to the dominant Football Manager series.
Originally designed by Tetsuya Mizuguchi, the creator of Rez, Child of Eden has a similar concept to that 2001 game updated for a 2011 audience who of course have access to Kinect. One of the most loved games on the PS2 and Dreamcast system was Rez. Re-released recently on Xbox Live arcade, Rez was one of the first games to try and combine the rhythm of music with the interactivity of gaming and it became a massive commercial hit. It's almost ironic that it would take the desire to create an MMO for the last survivor of the city-builder genre to come to life. The latest incarnation of that survivor is Cities XL 2012.
