The Galaxy S3 became wildly successful, often dubbed as the "iPhone Killer" due to it’s large screen size, powerful components and sleekly designed OS enhancements from Samsung. Now, just shy of a year after the S3 hit shelves, Samsung has released the Galaxy S4.
The Galaxy S4 ushers in a lot of great upgrades over the S3, some of which include a larger screen, upgraded RAM, faster processor, higher screen pixel count and additional sensors. Owning an S3 myself, I’m excited to see if the S4 will end up being a worthwhile upgrade!

The Samsung Chromebook XE303C12 is interesting for a number of reasons. It's an internet laptop in its purest form. The screen is big enough, you get a full keyboard and a good WiFi card - everything you need for browsing the web and using Google services such as Google Docs, Gmail or Google Apps for Business.

The Samsung ATIV Book 8 is an impressive piece of work. Thanks to the quad-core Intel Core i7 processor and the AMD Radeon HD 8870M with 2 GB of video memory the performance is excellent. The Full HD PLS screen is also outstanding, even if it's a bit glossy due to the touch layer.

Blackberry has a special place in my heart; my first smartphone was the original BlackBerry Storm. The Storm was their first full touch screen phone and frankly it was also a very hard phone to love. Being my first smartphone I really wanted to love it, but dealing with lockups, limitations, battery pulls, and bad battery life was just life with the Storm. After experiencing Android I never went back to BlackBerry, until they introduced their Z10. For the first time it seemed like BlackBerry had listed, so I made sure to get one in and today finally I will tell you how it went.

Samsung is attempting to position its laptop products a bit higher, for example with the new ATIV series for all of its Windows products. These include tablets, laptops and smartphones. The first two ATIV Books we're testing are two models from the 7 series, previously known as Chronos.

Gigabyte is best known for their production of PC components like motherboards and graphics cards, but the company also has a line of laptops. Today we’re going to be looking at one such laptop, which is something of an oddity in the Windows 8 world: it does not employ a touch screen, but it does include a Nvidia 650M discrete graphics card. This should make it a stronger gaming laptop than the Windows 8 notebooks we’ve looked at in the past, which all relied on integrated Intel HD 4000 solutions. Combined with an i7 processor, 128 GB SSD and 8 GB of RAM, we’re looking at a very powerful machine indeed. Let’s take a closer look.

Lenovo has been making headlines with their IdeaPad Yoga. It is a tablet convertible that can be used as a laptop as well. There are 11-inch and 13-inch models. While the larger 13-inch model has the choice of Intel Core processors, the 11-inch does not and is rather powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 3 platform. Today we will be taking a look at that unit which does offer a very sleek and slim design, responsive 11.6-inch touchscreen, Lenovo’s patent-pending hinge design that allows the screen to flip completely over and it is running Windows RT. Let’s check it out!
