As we discovered in our review, Cooler Master's QuickFire Rapid mechanical keyboard is a good one. But, it lacked a couple of things that some gamers (like me) demand. Such things include backlighting, a numpad, and in rarer cases, N-key rollover support. All of these things can be found on the QuickFire Pro, so let's check it out.
Peripherals
Nowadays, the gaming market is being flooded with mechanical keyboards. Following this trend, CM Storm, Cooler Master's gaming peripherals subsidiary, has released the QuickFire Pro. It's a model with a few illuminated keys (Cherry MX switches) on a robust body with a detachable cable. The keyboard is simple, lacking programmable keys or a USB port. Let's describe the product prior to analyzing it.

Today I'll be taking a look at the Quick Fire TK, the all new mechanical keyboard from CM Storm. CM storm have been in the gaming peripheral business since 2008 and have already had great success with many of their gaming peripherals and gaming computer chassis such as the Trigger Keyboard, QuickFire Pro Keyboard and the Scout II, all of which won awards here on eTeknix. So naturally with all the other CM Storm products we've looked at impressing us in one way or another, I have high expectations of the Quick Fire TK, so can I live up to the high standards set by the rest of the CM Storm range?
Peripherals
Cooler Master just released a new keyboard to their CM Storm lineup called Quick Fire TK, which should be a nice upgrade from the CM Storm Quick Fire keyboard. The Quick Fire TK keyboard back-lighting is a major feature improvement; the red back-light looks great and the three different modes you can choose from is a very unique feature.

Mobility is one of the current buzzwords. If a gamer wants to be part of a championship or an LAN party, the worst peripheral to transport is the keyboard, especially the mechanical ones, which are heavier. With this player in mind, CM Storm releases the Quick Fire TK, a compact version of the Quick Fire Pro that fits in a backpack. The model is also indicated for those who don't have a lot of desktop space. Although it is small, the product features a complete numpad, multimedia and illumination controls. The only things it doesn't do are macro recording and key configuring. Let's describe the Quick Fire TK and then evaluate it.

Today we get an up-close look at CM Storm's Quick Fire Stealth mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX blue switches.
Peripherals
With a new found love for the clickity clack of a mechanical keyboard, the latest piece of hardware to rock up came in the form of the CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid, a company that is a part of Cooler Master, but more focused on higher end gaming gear with the Quick Fire Rapid being the companies first foray into the keyboard market.
Peripherals
