Cooler Master is releasing two new QuickFire keyboards under its CM Storm brand, both aimed at FPS games. In this article, we'll review the QuickFire XT, that comes with a choice of four Cherry MX switches, depending on the region the consumer is in. We got the Cherry MX Blue; we'll talk more about its characteristics later on. Let's first describe the product.

In this review I'm taking a look at the ZOWIE G-TF Rough, an XL-sized cloth mousepad that promises to deliver a heavily textured surface. It's the second mousepad in ZOWIE's TF-series, the company also offers the TF Speed - a cloth surface that promises the slick feel of a hard plastic surface.

During the past 3 years or so most gaming keyboards we've seen roll-out from the majority of the gaming peripheral manufacturers out there have been mechanical ones since they offer superior durability (build quality), much longer lifespan (key presses) and tactile feedback compared to regular membranes ones (or at least that's what the general opinion is). Of course one of the things i love about this industry is that there's always at least one manufacturer out there who likes to stand out from the others and do things quite differently and Mad Catz did exactly that with their S.T.R.I.K.E. line of gaming keyboards a while back since they went with a special membrane design instead. Well although i can't really say if that was the right choice or not (time will tell just how good these keyboards were) SteelSeries has also decided to launch two new membrane (rubber dome) based gaming keyboards the feature-rich APEX and the more "mainstream" APEX[RAW] and so today we will start with the APEX.

Mechanical Keyboards have been a popular item lately for its tactile response and long lasting quality. Numerous manufacturers, including the likes of Corsair and Mad Catz, have all been jumping onto the bandwagon. MSI does as well, bringing us a new mechanical gaming keyboard, the GK-601. In this article, Benchmark Reviews tests performance for the MSI GK-601 macro-enabled mechanical gaming keyboard.

CM Storm is one of the hottest gaming brands on the market, branching off from the success laid out before them from Cooler Master, who themselves have created some great gaming focused products in the form of the power supplies and chassis designs. CM Storm however is focused on peripherals and at this time they make some of the coolest keyboards, mice and headsets available that have already proven them selves here at eTeknix and with consumers on both a general level and on the eSports scene.
Now we have a brand new high end gaming mouse in the form of the Havoc, which packs a fairly competent feature list that looks more than enough to take on the competition and if CM Storms previous products are anything to go by then were certainly in for a treat here today.
Gaming, pro-gaming, eSports, it doesn’t matter what your level of participation is because at the end of the day your still going to be sitting at your computer to do it, but what does matter is the tools you choose for the job and having the right peripheral for the right job can make or break a gameplay experience, so lets move on a see just what the Havoc has to offer and see if it really does live up to the self imposed standards that are on the box ”professional Gaming Mouse”.

The K70 is the third attempt by Corsair at making mechanical keyboards, and I think that they have finally nailed it this time. Their initial release featured a mix of mechanical keys and rubber dome keys that many users didn’t approve of. Their second release featured backlit keys and macro keys but still had a mix of mechanical and rubber dome keys. Now we meet in the middle – we have a full set of illuminated mechanical keys with per-key illumination, and there is a choice between red, blue and brown Cherry MX switches to boot. Available in Black/Red or Silver/Blue color combinations, the Vengeance K70 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is arguably one of the best looking mechanical keyboards available today. In this article Benchmark Reviews will be testing the Black/Red model CH-9000011-UK variant with Cherry MX Red switches, in a variety of scenarios including gaming and general productivity applications.

Between sensor, grip style, and overall design the CM Storm gaming mouse line is made up of a nice variety of options. Until now, Cooler Master has only offered one product with the Avago 9800 sensor, boasting 8200 DPI support, the Sentinel II. The Havoc, which we’ll be taking a look at today, is “designed for precision gaming”, so it seems natural to be equipped with a sensor that provides such a diverse range.
