De-Branded basically means it’s a refurbished HP monitor that has had all of its HP-ness covered up during the refurbishing process. Today for review I’ve got the Samsung SyncMaster 2233SW. It’s a relatively low priced monitor from Geeks.com. It features a nice high contrast ratio, HD 1080 resolution and a relatively low refresh rate at 5ms. These things combine for a very nice viewing experience overall.
I plugged in the Naos 5000, loaded up the software, and fired up a few games. I played through all of Assassin's Creed 2 and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced War Fighter with it, and I have to say, it never let me down once.
