Bereits im Oktober 2008 hatten wir unter dem Motto "Weniger ist mehr" drei sparsame 450 Watt Netzteile mit 80Plus Zertifizierung vorgestellt. Heute tritt mit dem Jersey "Modular Edition" CM-450-E85 ein weiteres Netzteil dieser Leistungsklasse an, das sich mit den renomierten Modellen von be quiet! und Corsair messen möchte. Der Neuling setzt hierbei auf vier getrennte +12V-Spannungskreise, abnehmbare Kabelstränge und zwei Anschlüsse für PCI-Express Grafikkarten.
Arctic Cooling konnte sich innerhalb der letzten Jahre besonders im
Bereich der PC-Kühlungen etablieren und bietet Lösungen für nahezu jede
Anwendung. In diesem Jahr präsentierte Arctic Cooling sein erste Serie von
PC-Netzteilen - die Fusion Modelle. Der Schweizer Hersteller konzentriert
sich, mit 500W, vorerst auf nur eine Leistungsklasse. Im heutigen Review
sehen wir uns das Fusion 550R an, welches für den europäischen Markt
produziert wird (zu den anderen Varianten später mehr).

Anyway we are going to introduce a mainstream PSU to you; In Win Commander 750W which is a lower wattage than our previous review on its big brother; Commander 1200W.
The big 12v rails do come at a cost though, the 3.3v and 5v rails are quite a bit lower than those on the power supply it replaced (12 amps and 6 amps lower respectively to be precise) but then comparing it to its competition of a similar rating its right on a par on the power rating of the 3.3v and 5v rails.
