Auch wenn es die "X Series" mit höheren Wattzahlen zu kaufen gibt, so ist die "Platinum Series" doch das eigentliche Aushängeschild von Seasonic. Umso mehr haben es viele User bedauert, dass es die Platinum-Serie nur in zwei Versionen mit üppigen 860 und 1000 Watt gab. Dem schafft Seasonic nun Abhilfe und bringt im ersten Schritt zwei kleinere Platinum-Modelle heraus. Mit 660 bzw. 760 Watt dürften sie im Markt gut ankommen und auch eine 1200W-Version ist aktuell noch in der Vorbereitung.
