I have been covering computer hardware for quite some time and one thing that I’ve seen a lot of are companies that specialize in CPU coolers and cooling come and go. Today we are checking out a CPU cooler from a relatively new company called Phanteks. They currently offer CPU Cooler and cooling fan solutions. The CPU cooler is the PH-TC14CS which is a C-type cooler that features dual 140mm fans, 5 heatpipes, and a large copper base.
