Having a first look at the EpicGear AnurA quickly shows that this is a well and ergonomically designed gaming mouse. The shape and arrangement of buttons make the mouse symmetrical and ambidextrous, so right- and left-handed gamers can use this mouse. Other than that, the EpicGear AnurA features a very grippy surface with a black matte finish. The materials used are of excellent quality, and even the softouch is well made and very comfortable. On both sides, there are two buttons to operate with your thumb. The wheel, which is made of plastic and covered almost entirely with rubber, is big, strong and provides excellent grip as well as a tactile feedback. Positioned behind the mouse wheel are two buttons for the control of DPI as well as four small LEDs that show the DPI level. In total, the AnurA has 11 pre-programmable keys.

The AnurA is a very interesting gaming mouse, since EpicGear chose to equip it with both an optical as well as a laser sensor. It features a PixArt ADNS-3060 sensor as well as an ADNS-9800, which are both excellent. As you may have noted from the picture, there are three modes, since in the HDST mode it is possible to use both sensors simultaneously. The braided cable measures a total of 2.0 meters and the quality of the fabric is excellent.
