Dass der Wert gegen die grösseren Datenblöcke hin in den Keller fällt ist logisch, da der Durchsatz immer gewichtiger wird. Auch an dieser Stelle zeigt die Barracuda 7200.11 ihre Stärken in den sequentiellen Tests und beweist einmal mehr ihre Druchsatzstärke.
Beim zufälligen Lesen und Schreiben kann man dann sehr gut beobachten wie die Performance bei immer kleiner werdenen Blöcken in den Keller fällt und die Lücke zu den schneller rotierenden Derivaten grösser wird.
