With the Rampage Extreme ASUS ships a mainboard for enthusiasts andoverclockingfreaks which leaves nearly nothing to be desired. The nearly optimal layout with angulated SATA ports, onbaord power- and reset buttons and LCD-Display combined with a considerable software and accessoires package meets even the highest demands. Performance as well as stability are on a very high level.

The BIOS with waits with numerous overclocking settings, the efficient fusion coolingsystem, the useful features and high-quality onboard components brings the package down to a round figure.

The above mentioned reasons let no other conclusion then our overclockers hardware award.

The ASUS Rampage Extreme can be bought for an impressive 300 €. People which are looking for a motherboard which delivers pure performance will be very happy with the rampage extreme especially in combination with a top end CPU and top end garphics card.
