Da diversi anni sono disponibili sul mercato numerose sigle di chipset Intel che spesso mandano in confusione anche l'utente più esperto, per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di creare un articolo riguardante i chipset ancora in commercio così da rendere più semplice la scelta della giusta scheda madre.

LGA 1150
Le CPU Haswell e Haswell Refresh sono tutte supportate dai chipset indicati di seguito; non tutti i chipset supportano nativamente Haswell Refresh pertanto è consigliabile effettuare un aggiornamento del BIOS. Le CPU Broadwell sono compatibili con i chipset della serie 9 come H97 e Z97.
