In an interview with the Fox Business, Bill Gates, discussed his new role in the company as well as the new Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, but also spoke regarding the recent rumors of the Xbox sale.
According to Gates, the new Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, made some really good changes to the company and is currently re-examining all the things. According to Gates, Microsoft is currently taking PC gaming, Windows gaming and Xbox gaming, and brining them a lot closer together and that company has an overall gaming strategy suggesting that Xbox sell off is "not as obvious as you might think".
Gates also added that he is sure that Satya and the team have been looking at selling off Xbox and that it is up to them, while he would "absolutely" support Microsoft's new CEO if he chose to go that way.
While Xbox One is definitely behind Sony's Playstation 4 console, it is obvious that it is still a big part of Microsoft, at least when Bill Gates is concerned.
