Microsoft has sent out invitations "for a small gathering" Surface event which will take place in New York on May 20th, where it will most likely launch a smaller version of the Surface tablet, aka the Surface Mini.


There have been a lot of rumors regarding smaller Surface tablet and most of them are pointing at a 7-inch size device. While there have also been many rumors regarding the actual specifications of the smaller Surface tablet and its connection to Xbox as a some sort of gaming device, those should be taken with a grain of salt as we are yet to see any solid details regarding the actual specifications.

Of course, we will not wait for long and we will know for sure in two weeks.
