Although we are still waiting for the official launch of the Intel Haswell refresh CPUs and Intel's Z97/H97 Express chipsets, Newegg.com has already listed "a couple" of them, mostly coming from ASUS and Gigabyte.

The list includes a total of 43 motherboards based on either Intel H97 Express or the Intel Z97 Express chipset. The price starts at around €105 for the H97 Express based motherboards with cheapest being the ASUS micro-ATX H97M-E, while Z97 Express based motherboards start at around US $110 for the ATX Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 and go all the way up to US $400 for ASUS Z97-Deluxe.

While most of these motherboards are listed for pre-order only, a couple of them, including the ASUS Z97-Deluxe are apparently available and ready to ship. Those on pre-order have a May 11th release dat for the Z97 Express and May 19th for the H97 Express based ones.
